Loft on Miller is a completely restored space. It resides in a established residential neighborhood, with sidewalks only a few hundred yards from downtown. It sits above two first floor apartments and is accessible through a private door and a flight of stairs.
The home was originally built in the 1920s. It is shown on early Greer maps when Greer was transitioning from an agricultural town to a textile center. Loft on Miller had large windows and great natural light. We upgraded the space but kept its original charm.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you like to prepare you meals. However, the downtown restaurants are great. For finer dining we recommend Select Restaurant (American) and Rick Erwins (Steak), but the Wild Wings (Pizza), Los Portales (Mexican), and the many restaurant/pubs are all nice. There are multiple coffee shops and an ice cream shop.
